“Every child deserves a champion;
an adult who will never give up on them,
who understands the power of connection and insists
that they become the best they can possibly be.”
The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a public program for children under the age of three who are either suspected of having or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. Potentially eligible children must be referred to the county program (in New York City, dial 311) to receive EIP services. EIP is funded by New York State and county governments. All EIP services are provided at no cost to parents. Your child’s health insurance may be used to cover some of the costs. A child’s eligibility for the program can be determined only by state-approved evaluators under contract, and all services must be authorized by the county.
Early intervention services are provided where it’s best for the child - in places such as your home, day care, or other community settings.
Vivid Minds, LLC. is approved by the New York State Department of Health to provide early intervention services.
Peter McMillanMy daughter loves the atmosphere and learning environment at Lucky. As a parent, I like how all of the children receive individual attention and how teachers care about the kids’ safety.
Emma JohnsonI would recommend Lucky Preschool to anyone looking for quality, well-resourced child care with top-notch staff that will love, nurture, and look after your children.
Amanda PetersonYou gave my kids a great start at school. Knowing all their letter sounds meant reading came easily and they have all flourished. Thank you for all you’ve done, your teachers are really professional!
Julia BakerIt was our first time enrolling our son in preschool so we were nervous at first but the teachers and the rest of the staff at Lucky were so incredible that they soon made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for all your help!
Jane SmithMy child has learned so much from the pre-school program. The minute he started at this childcare center, we saw changes in his independence and confidence. He loves his pre-school teachers and talks about them.
